Diwali comes to Lenasia in spectacular style with the HCC Diwali Festival

The Annual Hindu Co-Ordinating (HCC) Diwali Festival which has set national precedent will be held on Saturday the 14th October 2017 at the Lenasia Stadium. With more activities and prize give-aways than ever before, the fun, festivities and entertainment begins at 2pm and continues late into the night.

A colorful fireworks display and the public can expect the most extravagant culmination of the day’s festivities and fun celebrations for the whole family.

The variety of food and other exquisite stalls will yet again provide a special treat to everyone seeking to enjoy or acquire an exquisite bargain. Food will be available in abundant variety and most definitely designed to please every taste, so prepare to spoil yourself.

The HCC Diwali Festival is a community family fun day, with an amazing attendance and our call to you is to so make sure that you are a part of the fun from as early as possible so that you too can take advantage of the stalls, win a prize or just enjoy the day’s activities, the mainstream entertainment commencing earlier than usual.

The entertainment and activities commence at 14:00pm and will as always be filled with fun and excitement and numerous prizes, which of course becomes better every year.

Of course, the HCC Diwali festival is not financed by any corporate and as always requires the financial support of business, our professionals and other affording members within our community. It is only by your generosity that we as the HCC can continue to host the most spectacular Diwali Festival, in the country. No donation is too small and none is too large. Entrance Fee

As always, everyone is invited to this super-phenomenal event at a nominal entrance fee of R5.00 per person and as per tradition all senior citizens and children under the age of 6, will be allowed free entrance.

In recent years when the fireworks went off, there were large queues of people waiting to get onto the Festival grounds; this year, make sure that you arrive early to ensure that you enjoy the festivity and that you are not left outside and that you take full advantage of the entire festival.

Security, Safety and Contingency is paramount to the HCC, so rest assured that every precaution will be taken to ensure your and our peace of mind and that every compliance will be met.
