Joining Çréla Gurudeva will be world famous artist Syamarani dasi whose divine paintings are reflections of the spiritual world. A collection of her artwork will be presented at the event. The festival is also proud to announce world famous American Bhajan Mandali singers Kishori Mohan Däsa and Sudevi Dasi who have awed their audiences with their beautiful kirtans.

Çréla Bhaktivedänta Näräyaëa Mahäräja, now ninety years old, recently completed his 30th world tour, spreading the glories of Çré Caitanya Mahäprabhu and Çré Çré Rädhä-Kåñëa.  He is recognized internationally as a spiritual master of Vedic culture and Sanätan-dharma, and was formally awarded the title Yugächarya, an honor given only once every 100 years, by all of the senior pundits of Vrindavan.

Çréla Gurudeva was born into a very religious brahmaëa family in the village of Tewaripur, located near the sacred Ganges River in Bihar, India. At the age of twenty-four, he dedicated his life to his beloved Gurudeva, Çréla Bhakti Prajïäna Keçava Mahäräja, of the Brahma-Madhva-Gauòiya Sampradäya, and in 1952 was offered the sacred order of sannyäsa as a renounced monk. On the request of his Gurudeva, he began translating the sacred scriptures of India from Sanskrit and Bengali into his native language, Hindi, and subsequently, his disciples have translated them into many other languages including Chinese, Spanish, Russian, Italian, French, and Lithuanian to name but a few. To date, he has translated and published over eighty books in Hindi, and over fifty books in English. Indian lifestyle.

A noteworthy relationship in the life of Çréla Gurudeva was his association with his sannyäsa god-brother, His Divine Grace Çréla A.C. Bhaktivedänta Swami Prabhupäda, the world-famous founder of the International Society for Kåñëa Consciousness who personally requested Çréla Gurudeva to continue inspiring his disciples around the world. For over three decades since Çréla Prabhupäda’s departure, Çréla Näräyaëa Maharaja has unwaveringly endeavored to serve Çréla Prabhupäda by providing insightful guidance and loving shelter to all seeking it.

Çréla Gurudeva has demonstrated and exemplified the pure, unadulterated life of utter dedication and loving service to his Gurudeva and the Divine Couple Çré Çré Rädhä-Kåñëa.  He has opened many temples in India and throughout the world that care for the spiritual welfare of thousands, and has been instrumental in the restoration of the holy places in Vrindavan.
