Sureshnie Rider builds a library

Baby daughter Pavani-Milan Rider with her mum Sureshnie Rider

The Agang Sechaba was Sureshnie Riders choice to receive a cheque for one hundred thousand rands to build a public library and media centre to help them educate members of their community. The Agang Sechaba Trust currently has 11 members of their community who are being educated at tertiary level through the determination of the organization. A proud accolade of going beyond the impossible.

Sureshnie Rider together with her husband Leigh Rider made this choice to create a legacy for their family and especially their daughter, Pavani. It was within minutes of receiving the VIP invitation to her launch, Naufal Khan of Ganesha Communications tweeted the effort by Sureshnie out to the twitterverse where hundreds of pledges of books and material was immediately sent through for this humanitarian effort.

The pledges continue pouring in to support this great effort to share knowledge and the gift of reading to children who deserve this great opportunity.
