Tevin Naidu dreams big!

Tevin NaiduThe suave Tevin Naidu (@TevinNaidu), the current Mr India South Africa has certainly caught the attention of the online sphere recently. Naidu has successfully been nominated into the 2nd round of selections for the #OnlinePresenterSearch by media darling, Jo-Ann Strauss.

So watch the video below of Tevin Naidu in action and you could be sending him off to participate on the finals at Reunion Island powered by Samsung, LUX* Island Resorts, Air Austral, etv, Jo-Ann Strauss and Reunion Island Tourism.

The top four finalists will be joining us on Reunion Island from 5-8 September 2013 and must all be in possession of a valid passport. They will be flying with Air Austral and staying at the beautiful lagoon side property, the 5 star LUX* Reunion. The Reunion Tourism Board has created an incredible itinerary full of adventure and excitement.

The winner of this competition will be announced on 20 September and will receive various prizes, including a Samsung Galaxy S4 and an online presenting opportunity with e.tv. There will also be an incredible prize for those who view the daily updates from Reunion and participate in the social media activities.

More on Tevin Naidu

Naidu who’s accomplishments as a teenager include multiple distinctions, excelling in extra-curricular activities. He is currently studying Medicine at Stellenbosch University in Cape Town.

This profession was inspired by an invitation he received, in 2009, from The White House, in Washington DC, from Former United States President Dwight D. Eisenhower’s granddaughter Mary Eisenhower to be apart of the “People to People” Leadership Ambassadors Programme which was focused on ‘Peace through understanding’.

Multi-Talented Naidu also has a thirst for culture, “I believe that culture is the essence of life”, and can play over 6 traditional musical instruments sing and dance. He has received several first-place accolades, at national and provinical level, for his talents.

He learnt to play the Tabla, Mirdhangum, Dholak, Kanjira (mostly percussion instruments) as well as piano, harmonium and has taken a liking to the guitar.
