manesh maharajCelebrating twenty years of South African democracy, The Playhouse Company presents BHAKTI at the Drama Theatre from 28-30 November 2014.  Choreographed by Lliane Loots, the dance production features 21 professional dancers and musicians and aims to celebrate the meeting and fusion of various cultures and cultural expressions.

Niveshan (who recently performed his Rangmanch Pravesh) & I are blessed to be part of this unique journey as we join fellow Indian classical dancers, Aarti Narotam, Sivani Chinappan as well as the Playhouse Dance Residency and the Flatfoot Dance Company. Working and sharing with musicians & dancers from various backgrounds has been spiritually enlightening and being directed by our beautiful, loving Guru Lliane Loots is an experience we will cherish forever.
