‘Fake Lawyer’ To Meet Real Lawyer Soon…

Twenty-nine-year-old Naicker, who prefers to be known as Stacy N said that 2010 was a big year for her as she graduated from UKZN after allegedly studying law for five years. That year, she was also a scouted by a Brazilian photographer while visiting Suncoast Casino. Naicker was thereafter flown to Brazil to compete in a modelling contest, which she won, launching her modelling career with a bang.

“By the time I returned to South Africa, I was already known in the modelling scene. I did a shoot as part of the FHM top 100 sexiest women in South Africa and was crowned Miss Pan Continental in 2012 as well. My biggest opportunity came in 2013 when I was offered a modelling contract by Gess International but before I accepted, La Perla made me an offer Gess could not match. I have been modelling all over the world for the company and representing them in other ways such as being flown to Dubai for the launch of a skin care range,” said the beauty.

When asked about being a lawyer, she said, “Law has always been my other passion. I’ve always wanted to be a lawyer but the modelling opportunities came to me first. The opportunities came knocking on my door and I had to embrace it. Modelling has become my new passion but law is still my dream and I’m currently in the process of starting my own law firm.”

When asked about her plans for the future, Naicker said she had recently been asked to represent South Africa in a worldwide beauty pageant to be broadcast in September and that she would like to get her law firm started.

“I have found success because of my determination. I work hard and I am a bit of a perfectionist. In order to achieve success, it is important to be determined and work hard. I’m almost at the top and I want to start giving back to the community. I owe thanks to all those who have stood by me and helped me succeed,” she added.

Naicker to expect lawsuit from Drushantha Ramsamy

A local attorney is considering legal action against alleged fake lawyer and lingerie model, Stacey Naicker, who apparently used the attorney’s case number on her certificate when she sought admission as an attorney in the high court.

Drushantha Ramsamy on Monday said she had been inundated with calls from the media following the Daily News report about Naicker, a “brainy supermodel” who has been prevented from acting as an attorney following an urgent application by the KwaZulu-Natal Law Society.

Judge Sharmaine Balton granted an interim interdict against Naicker in the Pietermaritzburg High Court on Friday.

“I don’t know her (Naicker) and I don’t know how she managed to get hold of my documents.

“I’m glad that she’s been caught out and I hope she receives the full arm of the law,” said Ramsamy, who was in Gauteng.
