Here’s a simple workout I do every after breaking fast in Ramadhan on the days when I can’t make it to the gym. It’s an intense workout which consists of 10 sets of 10 pull ups, 10 sets of 10 dips and 10 sets of ten pushups.
This method keeps your blood flowing, your muscles pumped and keeps your body ready for the next workout throughout the month of Ramadan…Happy Fasting!
