Bajrangi Bhaijaan will forever be remembered as one of Salman Khan’s best films. He played the righteous character of Pawan Kumar Chaturvedi, who never lies even in life-threatening situations, and won a million hearts.
After playing the most adorable Hanuman Bhakht in Kabir Khan’s film, he is all set to lend his voice to Hanuman’s character in an animated feature film Hanuman Da Damdaar.
The idea of lending his voice to this film instantly excited Salman Khan as he is extremely fond of kids.
According to reports, when he was approached for the same, he was intrigued by the word ‘da’ in the title. His excitement was evident while dubbing the lines, as he would often croon Main Hoon Hanuman Tera in between shots, as revealed by the director.
This film is being directed by Ruchi Narain. She is the one who wrote the script ofHazaaron Khwaishain Aisi. Hanuman Da Damdaar will be the second animated film after Anurag Kashyap’s Return Of Hanuman.
While Kashyap’s film had a modern take and was set in Hanuman’s birthplace, Narain’s film is fictional and based on mythology. It will tell the story of Ramayana from Hanuman’s point of view.
Hanuman Da Damdaar is slated to release at the end of this year.
