Cooking with passion and creativity ensured that Manoj Rama landed the appointment as Head Chef of the popular Durban hotel owned by Tsogo Sun.
Rama will take on the new role with zest – overseeing the hotel’s dining venue, room service, catering and culinary events. With 11 years of culinary experience Rama says he is excited to take on this new role.

Having served in various hospitality food and beverage positions in the Tsogo Sun group, Rama is a seasoned culinary professional with over 11 years of experience. Rama who graduated Cum Laude during his studies, is living testimony to the strength of the combination of experience and solid knowledge of the culinary industry. Manoj has grown tremendously during his time at Tsogo Sun, with a passion for leading and grooming upcoming chefs.
