Remember to take it slow. Edibles don’t hit you right away, and you don’t want to eat more than your limit and 20 minutes later ending up hiding in the closet (though this recipe is super low dose to keep things from getting too crazy).

Until you learn what works for you take bites and space them out, and you’ll have a barely perceptible high. And if anyone does get suspicious, just tell them you’re on meds. That is completely socially acceptable.

Who’s going to judge a sweet little zucchini muffin, sitting there on your desk seemingly minding its own business? Nobody. Now you can make it through the day without chronic pain, worrying about a migraine, or developing glaucoma.
For the recipes we’re about to share, you should have a batch of cannabutter or cannabis-infused coconut oil already made and ready to go.
But if you do not have the cannaoil or cannabutter then this is how you can make this at home yourself.
Cannaoil & Cannabutter Recipe
Fortunately, it is fairly easy to make both of these cannabis-infused bases. The process involves using heat to decarboxylate— or activate — the THC.
From there, it is all about simmering the cannabis with your butter or oil at a low temperature until all the cannabinoids have been pulled out of the herb and absorbed into the butter or oil.
Once you have a batch of cannabutter or cannabis-infused coconut oil, you are ready to make cannabis muffins. We’ll give you two recipes. One includes cannabutter, the other cannabis coconut oil. Make them both and see which one you like better.
The key to baking edibles is to start out with a good cannabis-infused base. Since THC binds to fat, this base is going to be butter or some sort of oil.
