Fraudster Sugan Naicker Arrested In Boksburg

Chatsworth fraudster, Sugan Deon Naicker has been arrested in a co-ordinated operation by the IndianSpice Investigative unit KALI, the victims & the Community Monitoring Services Benoni (CMS).

Sugan Deon Naicker was arrested on Sunday afternoon at the Boksburg K90 Mall.
Naicker was apprehended at the K90 Mall in Boksburg after one of this victims spotted his vehicle in the parking lot.

The K90 mall security was placed into action swiftly to locate the fraudster who was shopping with his sister and her husband.

Naicker has been evading victims & the police authorities in various Johannesburg locations over the past few months.

IndianSpice Investigative unit KALI  has received hundreds of emails which have uncovered a number of unreported fraud cases where Naicker has swindled them out of their hard earned savings.

Other victims who reside in the Johannesburg area were alerted that Naicker was being detained had made their way to the K90 Mall where he was confronted.

The Boksburg North SAPS took custody of the fraudster and processed him at their police station.

Some of the Johannesburg victims made their way to the Boksburg police station to file their complaints against the fraudster in order to prevent Naicker from being released.

Sugan’s sister, Elisha Lisa Naicker is yet to be taken into custody as she has been revealed to be involved in the scams fronted by her brother allegedly.

Elisha Lisa Naicker, her husband and his mother were also present at the police station who begged for Sugan Naicker to be released. Complainants refused to drop charges that were filed against Naicker.

Bail Hearing

The IRS Forensic Investigations a private agency that specialises in financial crimes has been working with a series of fraud cases against Sugan Naicker are to present their findings on Monday to ensure Naicker’s bail is denied.

IRS Officer, Enock Masingi who is in charge of Naicker’s case is in possession of new cases against the fraudster will be placed on record and news cases are being opened.

Naicker’s fraud cases – according to the number of victims that have approached us – now stands at over 2 million rands.
