It’s the last seafood class for 2017 so join Yudhika for a cookery class and seafood feast. She will take you through the basics of choosing seafood, share hints and tips to preparing a delicious seafood spread.
On the menu, moreish prawn bites, Madras prawn cooked in a thick sauce with kasori methi, indian spices and a touch of coconut milk, Durban style fish curry, and traditional crab curry made the old fashioned way with large deep sea crab, spices and tamarind.
They we will be making roti and decadent semolina pudding (Soji) for dessert, the class is followed by a sit down dinner and also includes Yudhika’s 3rd recipe book ‘Memoirs and ingredients.’
