Atman or soul, unborn, imperishable and immortal, which cannot reach the divine with the physical body that is composed of the five elements or better known as pancha bhootas – Prithvi (Earth), Jal (Water), Agni (Fire), Vaayu (Air) and Akaash (space).
It is only when our physical body perishes then the true self reaches our creator but I questioned myself. Why can’t I reach the divine right here, right now? Feeling the Creator’s power in my flesh that surrounds me like the Mother Earth, quenching a thirst for love like rivers in the desert sands, protecting me in his ring of Fire, from watching my baby’s first breath to closing my eyes and seeing only the darkened space…I YEARN TO FEEL OUR DIVINE HERE AND NOW!
Join me in my soul’s journey that began with a search.
