Momentum to pay Nathan Ganas claim

JOHANNESBURG – Momentum has agreed to payout Nathan Ganas’ widow R2.4-million. Momentum initially claimed that Nathan Ganas failed to declare he had been diagnosed with high blood sugar levels.

Company profits to settle the claim

The company says it will pay amounts equal to death benefits to all victims of violent crimes up to R3 million. The company has stated that the money will come from profits not clients’ premiums.
