New study on gay Indian men’s encounters of discrimination in South Africa

#JOHANNESBURG: Deepesh Dayal, a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology student at the University of Johannesburg, is conducting a new study on gay Indian men’s encounters of discrimination.

The requirement for this study is that other Indian people should have committed these acts of discrimination against you.

If you are interested in participating in the study, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older at the time of the interview,
  • Identify as a gay man,
  • Be a South African citizen, and
  • Be of Indian descent.

You will first be interviewed. Thereafter, you will keep a diary for 4 weeks.
