In a video that has surfaced online, Priyanka Chopra got teary-eyed during the premiere. She can be seen hugging Shonali Bose and then wiping the tears off her face.

Priyanka also took to Instagram to share a message ahead of The Sky is Pink premiere at TIFF. She wrote, “Tonight at Roy Thompson Hall in Toronto we introduce #theskyispink to the world at @tiff_net. What an exhilarating moment…I could not be more proud of this film. Are we going to see you tonight??!!”

The Sky is Pink stars Priyanka, Farhan Akhtar, Zaira Wasim and Rohit Saraf. It will release in India on 11 October.
