Verulam learners feature in 48-Hour Film Festival at Gateway

#VERULAM: Forty 3 Forty Productions a non-profit organisation in Verulam, Durban North has partnered with Mountview Secondary School in a film project.

The production house invited schools in the town of Verulam to participate in Durban’s 48-Hour Film Festival and 70% of the participants are learners from Mountview Secondary School. 

Forty-Three Forty Productions’ founder Valen Govender, in his interview Coastal Weekly commented that the production company strives to develop talent in the growing local film industry developing skills in photography, script writing and other essentials of film making.

The short movie entered into the film festival will be screened this Saturday, 16 November 2019 at Gateway, Umhlanga at Ster-Kinekor Theatres. Tickets are available for booking click here
