Many of us love a good period drama. In the past, movies like Jodhaa AkbarBajirao Mastani, and Padmaavat glued us to the screen with its grandeur and magnificent visuals. In 2020, we start with another grand period drama adding to the list – ‘Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior’.

Ajay Devgn, Saif Ali Khan, and Kajol starrer ‘Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior’ is a tale of the Maratha warrior Tanaji Malusare (Played by Ajay Devgn), the ‘Subedar’ in the army of Maratha king Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. From what we got from the trailer, the movie revolves around the Battle of Sinhagarh, which took place between the Maratha army led by and Mughal fort-keeper Udaybhan Singh (played by Saif Ali Khan). Kajol unites with Ajay Devgn for his 100th film and plays Tanaji’s strong-willed wife Savitribai Malusare.
