Coronavirus Salman Ali Pulls Out Ahead Of South Africa Tour

NEWS: South African Indian music fans are set to be disappointed as they gear up to attend the almost sold-out Panache Promotions event featuring Indian artists Arjun And Salman Ali live in concert in Durban and Johannesburg this weekend.

Salman Ali shot to stardom after his unique smoky voice went platinum after performing the song ‘Awara’ with Muskaan for the Salman Khan starrer ‘Dabangg 3.’

Farzana Mayet of Panache Promotions declined to admit whether the artist is scheduled to perform this weekend in Durban and Johannesburg as they are preparing to release a statement this Friday afternoon.

Emperors Palace Group Public Relations & Customer Care Manager Julie van Wyk, is yet to confirm if the event is scheduled to go ahead with both billed artists as advertised.

Asgar Mohamed of Esquire Technologies, the organizer for the event has confirmed that Salman Ali will not be performing in South Africa. According to Mohamed, the vocalist Ali and a band member were refused travel citing coronavirus concerns, The artist has addressed his fans in respect to his no-show this weekend in South Africa.

The above video by Ali will be released by Panache Promotions to the public.

The event, is scheduled to go ahead with Ankush Bhardwaj in place of Ali, according to Mohamed.
