Author Paulo Coelho Pays Tribute To Irrfan Khan

WORLD NEWS: Irrfan Khan will always remain one of the legendary actors of Indian cinema as well as Hollywood. With films like ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’, ‘Life of Pi’, ‘Jurassic World’ and ‘Inferno’ to his credit, Khan’s death seems so unreal.

Condolences for the actor are still pouring in from around the world including popular novelist and lyricist Paulo Coelho who mourned the death of the internationally acclaimed actor, reports Times Of India. Paulo, who is best known for his novel ‘The Alchemist’ took to social media and shared a picture of Irrfan along with a heartfelt note. Coelho also wrote a quote from the holy book Bhagavad Gita in his tweet tribute to Irrfan Khan.

When asked if he reads the Holy book, Paulo said:

Irrfan had a very humble background and worked hard to make a mark in the world. The news of his death feels as if I have lost my own, for he was a person who connected with his fans on so many levels. Thank you, sir, for giving us such incredible movies and for making us believe that with hard work and determination, we can move mountains.

May God rest his soul in peace and give strength to his family in this hour of grief.
