The death of a nurse from the Addington Hospital in Durban will be investigated by police say Democratic Nursing Union of South Africa.
SABC NEWS: The Democratic Nursing Union of SA (Denosa) says the death of a nurse from the Addington Hospital in Durban will be investigated by police.
There have been messages circulating on social media that the Durban nurse who had passed away, had tested positive for COVID-19. However the nursing union KwaZulu-Natal Secretary, Mandla Shabangu says the nurse had tested negative for COVID-19. This after all theater nurses at the hospital were tested. Shabangu says five of the nurses who tested positive are now in isolation.
