SABC NEWS; About a year ago, the “Valliamma Cradle of Love Baby Safe” project was launched to provide mothers with a safe place to abandon their babies. Now, two fully-fitted baby nurseries have been added to aid the plight of abandoned babies at the baby safe in Phoenix, north of Durban.
In commemoration of Nelson Mandela Day, various organisations, businesses and individuals built these nurseries. Here’s Kovilan Ramsamy of Ramsamy International sharing more on the initiative.
