Karishma Prakash had earlier been questioned by NCB in connection with the FIR that had been registered in connection with the Sushant Singh Rajput case.
The use of marijuana in India is historically linked to faith and mysticism where the consumption of charas (hash), bhang and weed has been done for centuries. However the implementation of laws in 1986 made the sale, consumption, production, and transport of marijuana in the country illegal.
