Love from Karachi – the beautiful and stylish Saba Qamar

It’s a shame that Pakistani actors and actresses don’t cross the border for work more often. Celebrated Pakistani actress Saba Qamar did just that for Hindi Medium, sharing the top billing with the late Irrfaan Khan. Her talent, smouldering looks and feisty attitude would make her a diva in no time.

Saba Qamar Zaman was born on 5 April 1985 into a Sindhi family in Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan.

The media and fans in Pakistan obsess over her, and she can’t put a foot wrong. When she cancelled a wedding she stood up for herself and her choices. She recently got engaged and made this comment:

“The problem with our society is that there are two types of families which come asking for rishtas – the conservatives and the liberals. But both of them want a maid in the form of a daughter-in-law who, if educated, can earn for the family and if uneducated, can work for the family,” she had commented.
