Legal aid for Sadia Sukhraj’s alleged murderer

Sibonelo Mkhize is facing two counts of murder and a charge of robbery with aggravating circumstances.

Police and state prosecutors know exactly who killed nine-year-old Sadia Sukhraj in the botched hijacking in Chatsworth in May this year.

The national Police minister also said they've identified a third suspect in connection with the shooting of Sadia Sukhraj.

The suspect alleged in court that he was assaulted by police officers. He also claimed that he had to sleep on the floor without a blanket.
